fear of using medication

Hi there everyone,

Sometimes We all need a little outside help, especially when we have some *unwanted* issues and we may feel a little uncomfortable about it, in today’s post I want to talk about a certain fear or uneasiness with using medicine, this is a real concern many of us have, a concern even I had, but how legit or how real is our fears and how can we move beyond them?

Moving beyond our fears.

First of all we must ask ourselves, where do our fears come from, if we take the word fear apart, Fear – False Images appearing real – , It may be true that there is a certain danger, but 99% of the time it will not be true, you may be afraid by taking certain medication your condition will get worse or you might get another condition or something else might happen and on and on your mind goes creating conditions of things that most likely will not happen.

Get your facts straight, every person is different, everyone is unique, so medicine will always be different for a certain amount of people, you consult your doctor, your doctor gives you a diagnosis, and you trust him or her, even taking medicine for less serious conditions may have some side effects, but *if* they even appear, to what extent will they effect you? The answers are already out there, every medication has been tested, most people who took them without any side effects and a small amount of people who did have side effects and they are noted.

Cause and effect

Lets talk about the small amount of people who did have side effects, if you have read the Erectile dysfunction physical causes on my page, you will know ( and we are taking Viagra, Cialis and others like it as an example) that most side effects may come from people who already use another form of medication, people who have diabetes, use drugs and whatever form of extra reliever they are using, experience the most side effects, some other even smaller reason might be allergy. So lets have a look for the last remainder people who are *completely* healthy or don’t use any form of medication for side effects.

Most common side effects

  • headache, dizziness
  • stuffy nose
  • flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling);
  • muscle pain, back pain
  • abnormal vision (blurred vision, changes in color vision)
  • upset stomach.

Final word

The most common side effects are mostly uncomfortable and happens to a tiny amount of people and most people know their own body well enough, But By using common sense you can mostly avoid unwanted situation, it is always recommendable to visit your doctor or/and have a physical check.

I hope this information has helped you, if you have any questions or comments to make, pleas comment here below.

As always, happy love life. 🙂

Mark.
